Years later, in 1986, Mr. Lluís Margenat Escobairó joined the company, leading to its expansion to include new services in the management of Real Estate Assets and Homeowners' Associations.

As a result of the creation of these new departments, the company underwent significant growth, making it necessary to move and upgrade its offices to a larger space (230 m²).

In 1996, Finques Margenat, S.L. was created, and in 1998 Finques Forcadell, S.L. joined in as a stockholder. At that time the company was run by Mr. Lluís Margenat Escobairó.

Due to the company's continual growth, in December 1998 a new office was opened in Cardedeu, where the Property Management and Real Estate Asset Management departments were relocated. This new office location also offered acquisition, sales and rental services for real estate in the area. In February 1999 a new office was opened in Granollers, offering services in real estate acquisition, sale and rental for the entire region, and where the Real Estate Asset Management department was relocated.

In September 2000, Mr. Lluís Margenat Escobairó sold his company shares in the Granollers office to Finques Forcadell, S.L. and remained as sole partner of the Cardedeu offices, which he currently runs, while preserving his ownership of 15% of the company shares of Finques Margenat.

The sale of the Granollers office to Finques Forcadell, S.L. led to a change in the company's name, which officially became CAVI ÀMBIT S.L. in July 2001.
